Payment Terms: All articles must be paid for prior to shipping following the procedure explained on the website. Payments by banker’s cheque or similar methods are not accepted.

Delivery: Delivery times will depend on the option chosen by users: Normal delivery or Express delivery, and will be shipped once payment has been confirmed in the bank account. Shipping includes insurance, transport and packaging. Depending on the address, Antonio Herrero Medrano works with several transport companies. Returned Product Policy: In the event of any products having manufacturing faults, clients have a period of seven (7) working days to inform Antonio Herrero Medrano of the fault, providing a digital image of the product and defect.
